Print Your Label
Upon completing the online request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Place your items securely in the original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
